2 This residence is an excellent location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it's in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Preceding reviews mentioned the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. Therefore the house acquired lots of sand in it.
A few notes about preceding reviews. There has become a hose outside in order to clean off sand (but no mat at top rated of stairs), along with the fridge looked pretty new and was not rusty.
